TRAVEL

Qty: per km

LABOUR

- for setting up and packing away of furniture, lighting, backdrops etc

Qty: per person, per hour

Monday to Saturday Hourly Rate: $80

Sunday Hourly Rate:: $100

Public Holiday or after 10pm rate: $160

LOADING FEE

- for the time it takes to load the truck at our shed, unload at your location, reload at your location, and unload at our shed.

Small - $100

Medium - $200

Large - $300

SECURITY BOND

-this amount is held in the event of loss, damage or excessive cleaning to our items. It is refunded once we receive the items back in clean original condition.

Non Licensed Venue - $1000

Licensed Venue - $500

ONSITE VISITS AND MEETINGS

-Onsite meetings by request will incur a travel fee of $100 which is to be paid in advance

BOOKING FEE

-To secure our services a non refundable booking fee of $1000 is to be paid. This amount comes off the balance of your invoice. Your remaining balance is to be paid 1 month before the date of your event.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation or postponement of any event will result in the loss of the Booking Fee

EXTRA DAYS AND LATE RETURNS

Cost of hire is for 48 hours only. Extra days will incur a 15% surcharge unless otherwise organised and agreed upon by both parties.
